Went to Bar Shu after drinks at O Bar. This is the second time that I have been there. A bit hesitant to go back cuz last time I went there, the food was really spicy. The food is Sichuan style so the chilli is really really hot and spicy. Makes your whole tongue totally numb!!
This time around the girls made sure we didn't order anything more than 1 chilli hot cuz they thought I can't really take spicy food. But in the end the dishes were actually fine.. not too hot. Judging by the food itself, i don't really think there is any special about it. The food is just normal chinese food but with the additional chilli factor to it... we paid 20 quid per head in total... slightly a bit more expensive than a normal chinese restaurant in Chinatown.
Is it worth going back there again for the 3rd time?
